Create notary deed online with "notarity"

NEW & exclusively for our couples

Many of our patient couples need a so-called notary deed for the treatment, which regulates parenthood in the case of cohabitation or using a sperm/egg donation. We are the first fertility centre to offer you an online notary deed via "notarity" as an alternative to a visit to the notary's office.

Work with notaries at any time and from anywhere

Notary deeds according to the Reproductive Medicine Act can be established completely digitally via notarity. The partner notaries regularly accompany the processes and are experts in the field. This has the following advantages for our patients:

  • Time for travelling to notaries is saved
  • Appointments can be made at very short notice and flexibly
  • Partner notaries advise you throughout the process and help to match the right documents to the individual case (marital status, lesbian couples, sperm or egg donation, etc.).

How does the online notary deed creation work?

1. booking an appointment: couples can book an online notarity appointment on a personalised booking page of the Kinderwunschzentrum an der Wien.

2. identification: If the couple does not yet have an account with notarity, a video identification procedure must be completed. All that is needed is a valid identity document and a mobile phone.

3. notary appointment: For the signing appointment, the couple meets with the notary in a video call on notarity. The documents are signed with a qualified electronic signature at this appointment.

Exclusively for our patients

We are very pleased to be able to offer this service of online notary deed creation to our couples as Austria's first fertility centre!
