PCOS Center
5 to 10 percent of all women suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) without knowing it: heavy body hair, overweight and irregular menstruation can be indications of the hormone disorder. The earlier a PCOS patient receives the appropriate counselling and treatment, the better the chances of success. Our PCOS Center specialises in the treatment of PCOS patients and offers weekly consultations.
Medical director: OÄ Dr. Dijana Pekic
"PCOS is not curable, but with the right treatment, the symptoms can be reduced to a minimum. This is how we achieve that the quality of life is hardly affected. The women find themselves in a vicious circle of PCO syndrome, which negatively affects their entire lives without treatment. The sooner this vicious circle is broken, the milder the course of the disease. I am happy to take time for all PCOS patients - regardless of whether there is a current desire to become pregnant or not."
