• 2010 - 2013 I completed my apprenticeship as an office administrator, where I was able to gain my first experience in customer service and the organisation of office and administrative processes.
• 2014 - 2019 I worked as an office employee in a company for medical aids. My main task was patient care, as well as handling and processing incoming documents (prescriptions and findings) and enquiries.  Through daily correspondence with hospitals (discharge management) and all health insurance companies, I was also able to expand my basic medical knowledge.
• Since January 2020, I have been strengthening the competent and familiar team at the Kinderwunschzentrum an der Wien as a fertility manager in the pre-department/first contact area and enjoy being a small part of helping couples fulfil their heart's desire every day.
