• 2006 -2008 Participation in the establishment of an IVF laboratory in Romania in the course of the consulting activities of Univ.Prof.Dr. Heinz Strohmer. Organisation, process control and training of staff in all IVF laboratory methods.
• since 2008 ESHRE certified as Senior Clinical Embryologist
• 2011 graduation as Clinical Embryologist at the Karl-Franzens-University Graz. In my Master's thesis I dealt with "Factors influencing oocytes and pre-embryos in the IVF laboratory". This was assessed with excellent success.
• Ongoing national and international training in the field of assisted reproduction.
